RSS does probably what 90% or more of most bloggers might require; but it lacks in areas where government and business might well want to go very soon.

Dave has been good at publicizing new public RSS feeds coming from Government and Business all over the world. I wonder if he's considered that these first "bootstrapping" efforts by these big-orgs can likely be compared the blogging communities first efforts, some years ago.
