What Do You Get When You Cross a Wiki with an Office Suite?

These:

Word Processors:

Writely (now owned by Google, new registrations temporarily suspended)
Writeboard
iNetWord
Spreadsheets:
Num Sum
iRows
Collaborative Software as a Service (SaaS).

Not that they'll replace their desktop counterparts anytime soon (we still need offline tools), and I wouldn't store sensitive information in them. However, they allow multiple authors to collaborate without e-mailing files back and forth. Especially handy when you have more than two people involved, and/or need to see each other's changes in real-time.
